How far is Maison Fontaine from Major Cities like Paris, Barcelona & Montpellier?
Pezenas is a 3 hour 45 min TGV train ride from Paris, 2.5 hour drive or TGV train from Barcelona and a 45 minute train or drive from Montpellier. We are 25 minutes from the Bezier train station and airport.
Do we need a car in Pezenas?
If you only plan to stay in the village, no. If you will be exploring nearby beaches, vineyards, villages and historical sites we highly recommend a car.
How can I get from the airport or train station to Pezenas?
If you are renting a car, there are pick-up locations at the airports and train stations in Montpellier and Bezier. There are Uber and taxi car services. For a fee, we can arrange private car service.
Are there outdoor activities near Pezenas?
We have some of the Mediterranean’s most beautiful sand beaches and quaint port towns, perfect for relaxing or boating, paddle boarding, kite surfing, windsurfing, sailing, snorkeling and diving. In the mountains there are hiking trails, caving, kayaking, tubing and lakes for swimming.
