The coastline from Montpellier to the Spanish border is home to wide, sandy beaches, some wild and undeveloped others home to vintage beach towns and tiki bars. ARTS & CULTURE

Pezenas is a cultural hot-spot famous for Moliere's ties to the village but also home to a wide variety of music, drama and other artistic performances and regional festivals. The village itself supports local artists in maintaining boutiques and workshops which fill the winding alleys.

SUNKISSED VINEYARDS

The Coeur d’Hérault stands out due to its appellations, some of which have existed for 30 years, and which are committed to excellence. 86% of wines produced are either IGP or AOP – both recognized labels of quality. You can discover many local winemakers who will conduct tastings and vineyard tours in the area surrounding Pezenas.

HISTORICAL SITES FOR THE AGES

We encourage you to visit the Pezenas Tourist Office for the latest information on area attractions and events. There are numerous vineyards, abbey’s, churches, Roman ruins, UNESCO World Heritage sites, French Les Plus Beaux Villages, and exploring of lakes, rivers and mountains towards the nearby Parc National des Cevennes. METROPOLITAN AREAS

The cities of Montpellier, Beziers and Narbonne are all in close proximity to Pezenas and are opportunities for day trips or cultural and sightseeing outings. Montpellier is France's fastest-growing urban area and it's easy to see why with it's robust arts and culture and dining scene, university, tram system and progressive outlook.
